The Weekend cannot happen without the skills of one pivotal staff leader. We call her the Team Leader. This is the woman who organizes the entire team of staff volunteers to give of their best in their individual roles. If you are calm under pressure, can juggle many balls in the air and can motivate women to work together, we need you in this valuable role. The Team Leader also works with the Weekend venue and with Facilitation team members to help make the Weekend run smoothly. Women who achieve the role of Team Leader are paid a fee when they lead a Woman Within Weekend. The requirements are determined by your region. Click find your region and contact them for your application process.
Join the Woman Within Facilitation Track
If you’ve dreamed of supporting women in taking the steps they need to reclaim lost aspects of themselves, the Woman Within Facilitation Track* is for you. You will need to have completed the Woman Within Skills Workshop to enable you to staff in the roles of ATL and nurturer. The Wholeness workshop will give you the insights to use the nine Jungian archetypes in your life and to recognize the most relevant processes and archetypes needed for women as they do their personal growth work. Women who achieve the level of Facilitator are paid a fee when they facilitate at a Woman Within Weekend. There are several requirements for this indispensable Weekend role. Let Julie Boon, Woman Within Certifications Coordinator know you are interested in the Facilitation Track by emailing her firstname.lastname@example.org or contacting her at 713.818.2361.
