The Woman Within Weekend® is a two-and-a half-day experience for women. It provides a safe environment to explore how your life could be different and to fully know and live the power of who you are. It’s an opportunity to look at the life you’ve created and to make choices about what you want to sustain, what you want to deepen, and what you want to release.

Skills is a dynamic 2-day workshop for women who have attended the Woman Within Weekend. The Weekend was about looking inside yourself and outside yourself to connect and enrich your relationships. This program teaches you skills to facilitate others from a place of wholeness. Fully claim your place as a leader: in your life, family, career and community. 

Woman Within Level 2 shows a way to access all of your inner power. This advanced, five-day program, looks at nine archetypal energies (shadow, infant, child, adolescent, lover, mother, warrior, crone, and queen), helping you recognize the parts of you that are "too much" and the parts that are "too little". From this place, you can step into leadership in all aspects of life.
